Returns Made Easy
If you're not completely happy with your purchase from Stellara, you can return it within 21 days of shipment. Items must be in new condition with tags attached. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We currently do not offer exchanges. All online purchases must be returned by mail — they cannot be returned in-store.
Return Instructions

Mail-in returns: Include your packing slip in the box and attach the pre-paid label, or use your QR code at drop-off. A $5.00 per item fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our label.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
Wrong or Defective Item?
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, visit our Return Centre page, and we’ll help you out. Return shipping may be covered.

'Final Sale' Policy
Products marked as “FINAL SALE” are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
All FINAL SALE items are new and authentic Stellara products. While offered at a significantly reduced price, they maintain the same quality standards expected of Hurley merchandise. Please review product details, descriptions, and sizing carefully before making your purchase.
Due to the nature of FINAL SALE promotions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
We recommend reviewing size guides and product information carefully before completing your purchase.
