1. Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method — full details are in our Shipping Policy.
3. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking confirmation will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
4. What is your return window?
21 days from the date of delivery.
5. Is return shipping free?
Once your return is approved, a prepaid label will be sent to your email. A $5.00 per item fee will be deducted from your refund
6. How do I start a return?
Submit your returns to the Return Centre with your order number and photos of the item within 21 days. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
7. How will I be refunded?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
8. Are there restocking fees?
Never.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
10. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@stellara.shop as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may no longer be available.
11. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are SSL-encrypted. Stellara never stores your card details.
